Masterclass in Farm to Fire cooking with Chefs Jaret, Mona, and the Tournant team at the Made on 23rd Barn
Chefs Jaret, Mona and the Tournant team will be demonstrating their signature cooking techniques in a hands-on workshop around a series of open fires. This workshop is for cooks of all levels who love food and cooking and are curious about the basics of building and combining flavors, cooking with the seasons and surroundings, and mastering open fire cooking techniques such as ash-roasting, grilling, cedar-planking and dutch oven cooking. Food will be prepared and shared together and attendees will go home with the fundamentals of this rustic tradition to put to use for their own gatherings with friends and family. This event is BYOB.
